Click&Count ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we handle information in connection with our mobile application Click&Count (the "App"), available through the Apple App Store.

2. What data do we collect
Click&Count is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect as little data as possible:
Data stored locally:
- Event names and descriptions you create
- Count data and count sessions
- App settings and preferences
This data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This data is only accessible to you and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
Data via the support form:
- Your name (if provided)
- Your email address (to respond to your request)
- The content of your message
3. How we use your data
Data collected via the support form is used exclusively to:
- Answer your questions or requests
- Provide technical support
- Improve the App based on feedback
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Data storage and security
All count data and event information is stored locally on your iPhone. When you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored encrypted in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data. When you delete the App, locally stored data is permanently erased. iCloud data can be removed via your iCloud settings.
Communication via the support form is processed by email and handled in accordance with standard security protocols.
5. Data sharing
When you choose to share reports via email, WhatsApp, or iMessage, this information is shared directly from your device through the service you select. Click&Count has no access to this shared data.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Click&Count App does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies. We do not monitor your use of the App and do not share data with analytics services.
7. User rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to the processing of your data
Since all count data is stored locally on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud account), you have full control over this data. You can delete it at any time by clearing the data within the App, removing the App, or managing your iCloud data via your device settings.
8. Children
Our App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us so we can remove this data.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We recommend that you review this policy regularly.
